At MAYA, we offer a wide range of activities and programs designed to enhance the musical journey of our students. From daily tutoring sessions to organizing Master Classes, Concerts, Festivals, and competitions, we provide a comprehensive learning experience that fosters growth and artistic experiences.
At the core of MAYA’s philosophy is the belief that artistry must be fostered and nurtured in every music student from the very beginning of their studies. Thus a student learns to connect music theory and music history.
Maya Association has established a leading center for theoretical studies of music in Geneva. Our center aims to provide a comprehensive learning experience for individuals interested in music theory, musical history, and harmony. We offer weekly lessons in various locations throughout Geneva, covering a wide range of topics such as theory, harmony, music history, composition, improvisation, and choir singing.
Led by Dmitry Rasul Kareyev, a renowned clarinet soloist of the OSR and founding director of the Soloist Academy in France, and Eugenia Pilyavina, the artistic director of Maya Association and highly experienced piano educator, our center ensures the highest quality of teaching. Inspired by the success of the Soloist Academy Junior, a youth music festival conducted by Dmitry and Evgenia, we have created a space where theoretical knowledge and practical skills intertwine.
